Lawfront is one of the UK’s most ambitious and rapidly expanding Legal Groups. Through strategic acquisition and the integration of high‑performing regional law firms, we are building a national platform that combines local excellence with the strength, investment, and innovation of a modern Legal organisation.
Our growth trajectory is significant — and accelerating. As we continue to welcome new firms into the Lawfront family, we are strengthening our central functions to ensure we deliver consistent, scalable, and best‑in‑class support across the Group.
The Professional Standards team provides risk, compliance and regulatory support across the Lawfront Group. In this role, you will work with colleagues across the Group to identify, assess and monitor risks; support the design and operation of proportionate controls; and help ensure that relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies are understood and followed. You will provide practical, timely advice, maintain clear records, report issues and escalate significant concerns to the appropriate senior colleagues. Through collaborative, fair and solution-focused support, you will contribute to high standards of integrity, client service and regulatory compliance.
