About the Corporate Team

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (NQ–3 years’ PQE) to join our highly regarded Corporate Team based in our Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high‑quality, complex transactions from day one, supporting a diverse client base that includes local businesses, regional enterprises and national household brands.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor at the early stages of their career to develop within a supportive and collaborative team. The role will include:

  • Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder agreements
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service
  • Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives

About You

We are looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Newly qualified up to 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in corporate law
  • A strong academic background and sound technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
