The Role 

• Act as the senior finance lead for the region, partnering closely with operational and regional leadership
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple sites
• Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support decision-making and growth initiatives
• Lead and develop the regional finance team
• Support integration, process improvement and value creation initiatives
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance 

 About You 

You will bring: 

• Full qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant experience in senior finance leadership
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence non‑financial stakeholders
• Experience in multi‑site, professional services, legal or similar environments (preferred)
• Exposure to private equity–backed or high‑growth organisations (advantageous)
• A hands‑on, pragmatic approach and confidence operating in a dynamic, evolving setting
