We’re pleased to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with a strong background in property litigation to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to work within a dynamic, collaborative department led by a nationally recognised partner. You’ll manage a varied caseload with autonomy while benefiting from expert guidance and exposure to high-quality work across both property and private litigation.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters independently

Collaborate with colleagues across contentious probate and private litigation

Provide strategic legal advice to a varied client base

Handle a broad spectrum of disputes with confidence

Areas of Expertise:

Overage disputes

Easements

Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture & relief

Possession claims (residential & commercial)

Service charge disputes

Leasehold enfranchisement

Co-ownership disputes

Independently manage a caseload of property litigation matters

What we are looking for

Qualified solicitor, experienced Paralegal who has previously carried a case load or equivalent legal experience

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Confident in managing high-pressure situations and tight deadlines
